whether,i eat dinner at 5:00pm ,and not have a snack or maybe i have a snack,my blood sugar is still too,high.around
165..i eat right and when i have a snack ,i eat veg's or a few nuts .i take 1 tablet(500mg)in morning,and one in evening,and
2tablets gilpizide morning and evening !!

If you can't get your numbers to regulate, then it might be a good time to go to the doctor and get your medication fine tuned.
If you're tying hard to get it stable in a good low number and it's still going haywire, there's no reason not to ask your doc for better control and ask how you should do it.
You might be taking other medication that might be affecting your control, you might have too much stress and that can also make control difficult.
Since it looks like you are concerned, ask your doc and maybe you might get a great answer from him/her.

It will be better that you consult a diabetes expert on this issue. I am sure there might be some fault in your life style for having high level of glucose content.
