I know I need to excercise more. I want to lose weight, and changing my eating habits is not going to do it by itself, but here is my problem. I get up at 7 for work and school, depending on the day. I don't get home until 6. Two nights of the week I have class from 7-10. The other nights I need to make dinner, clean, do homework, and relax.
Where am I supposed to fit excercise into my schedule. I try so hard to wake up at 6:30 and just get 30 minutes of excercise in, but it is so difficult for me to get up that early because I don't go to bed no earlier then midnight.
Any suggestions at all? Thank you so much.:)

I find that having a routine for it is best. I try to do it first thing and get it out of the way. I enjoy using a dvd workout. It takes only 20 mins and I feel so good after it is over. I know it is no fun to excercise but we have to do it! We can encourage each other along.
Good luck to you!
Marla:)

Sounds like you have a pretty full day. How about at lunch break, maybe you can fit in a short 10 or 15 minute run/jog. It's probably best to get it all at once but several short workouts a day are way better than none. How about cycling, biking to work/school is fantastic exercise and a great way to save a few bucks as well unless you live quite a few miles away.

I think there's no specific time for exercise because it works all the time. I believe that exercise at
any time is better than no exercise at all. Based on my own schedule, I wake up 7am to jog around the park. It's already a habit for me.

When you find no time to do exercises, you can do some simple work which are as good as doing exercises. They may be taking weeds out of your garden etc.

I see you posted this a couple of months ago.
How are you doing so far?
Any good results yet?

If you really like to lose weight, then you should aim for that goal and find ways to take your exercise. :)

yes,
I also suggest making little entries on your calendar
weigh yourself every monday morning and see what progress you have made every week
