Breakfast quiche

1 cup swiss
1 cup munster
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons flour
4 strips turkey bacon

in a food processor or blender mix milkk eggs and cheese until smooth. in sparyed ramikens place bacon so its like a crust. POur cheese sauce on top and bake for 35 minutes in 350

same basic recipe as breakfast quiche.

Add simmered aple slices and butter.

I've had something like this in a restaurant where the bacon is used as the crust. It was very good.

Quiche lorraine has tehbacon crust. Quiche florentine has a higher Cheddar to swiss ratio and has broccoli cuts thrown in.
Italian Quiche has a higher ozerella and italian herbs( good sesoned powder) added.
If you think about it, Pizza is a type of quiche. Added chesses and baked ona thin crust in a deep pan,, creates a quiche ....

You can make acrust from male eggplant medallions, Yellow squash medallions, zuchinni slices.
