BAke that squash!
Make a sauce thats to die for.
begin with two cans of Tomatoe paste and a bit of water t make it sauce consistency.
add whole crushed garlic, oregano, prmesean cheese, black pepper, a few red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer nd let teh flavors develop.

Scrape your " pasta" into a large bowl and drizzle with a bit of olive oil or italian dressing and garlic.
Pour over pasta and toss.

push back into oven to allow flavors to develope.
Make a salad from deep greens:
Romian, leaf and Raddichio. Shred carrotts, peel and dice celery and strip cut green and red peppers.
Add some drained anchovies or rinsed diced picked herring, black olives, medium banana peppers or pepperocinin cut and de seeded slicec some onions.

Toss with Spritz dressing or pur olive oil and Red wine vinegar oregano salt and pepper.

Allow to warm to room temperature for flavors to develop.

Italian Cheesecake:
In a bowl combine 1 8 ounce container ricotta cheese, 2 eggs, splenda or 2 tabelspoons of sugar, a bit of almond exrtact or amaretto extract, or orange extract flavorings.
beat until smooth. Add two tabelspoons of all purpose high pro flour.
Beta again.
IN small ramekins or individual cake pans spray with butter flavor PAM. Pour batter into pans and bake for 30 minutes or less until top jiggles abit and browns around edges.

Remove when top splits and cool completely.
Serve with heavy reddiwhip and shave orange rinds on top.

Serve this with thick demitass coffee or espresso coffee. entire meal is only 30 grams carbohydrate, 25-50 grams fiber. Unfortuneatly you shoudl serve with a fish or meat dish to boost protien or make a meat sauce.
