2 scoops (1 cup) Carb control Ice cream ( any flavor)
1 scoop Slimfast Milk chocolate) or vanilla or strawberry)
1/2 cup high pro milk
1 egg
shake in jar with a lid enjoy...........
works good if you use vamilla slimfast and vanilla ice cream then you can use any flavor extract!
