ok this was named because you literally glop everything together. This is high protein quick meal.
egg noodles
ground turkey
turkey pepperoni
oregano, garlic
onion
tomatoe paste
cook in a fry pan:
1 tube ground turkey
1/2 vidalia onion
2 teaspoons drid garlic chips
oregano
tablespoon oilve oil
cottage cheese
ricotta cheese
provelone
mozerella
parmesean
munster
make the ground turkey into fine crumble wiht teh spices.
ground turkey absorbs oil because its so dry.
when its doen put on the side.
in apot boil up 2 cups egg noodles.
drain off all but 1/2 cup water. dump meat in.
add tomatoe paste
spice to taste
add cheeses
mix together.
serve in big mugs or bowls with salad.
