My friend is having an issue with her weight during this pregnancy and also troubled by high glucose readings. The clinic she goes to for care has signed her up for a program called WIC. Yes, WIC would be a great program. They have consultants that assist you with maintaining a healthy diet. They provide you with milk, eggs, cheese, cereal and juice to help you get the nutrition you need.

I used WIC for all three of my kids. This program is also good for women who don't have a lot of money.
