Hi,
Earlier I was posting on a product that I used as a shake mix
for quite some time. It was low carb and it was a healthy
option for me and my partner to indulge in .
I discontinued use of this product because of the vitamin K
that it contained. Around a 50% daily requirement is what it
supplied.
Do diabetics have issues with the K vitamin because of their
livers or am I confusing this with another issue. Should
diabetics boost their K intake or is it useless?
