Shake Mixes

Hi,

A couple of years ago I had found the perfect product
for making a great tasting shake. The product was from
Carb Solutions and it is a just add water type product
and I always got the vanilla flavor so I could doctor it up
with some fruit.

I was not concerned to much about carbs
at the time but my partner has issues with his diabetes
and this provided something we both could enjoy.

After being put on a low vitamin K diet I was unable to
enjoy this product any longer because it has 50%
serving of K in it.

I'd like to find another similar product but without the K in it.

Do you have any recommendations for a shake mix that
you can buy at the store and it does not have the vitamin K
in it (or the sugary carbs either).

I bought this product at WalMart for a long time and then
they discontinued it. We do not have a superstore. I was
angry about this, but was able to find it online for a comparable
price at drugstore dot com.

Anyhow, I don't use it anymore but some of you might find
it a healthy drink mix and I highly recommend it other than
the vitamin K being in it.

Don't diabetics need the extra K anyhow or is it not processed
at all in the diabetic system. Sorry I am unknowing, but I
have heard some things about the clotting ability of diabetics
and perhaps I should save this question for another thread.

Please check out this good product and recommend one for
me if you can.
