I woudl liek to know if anyone has treid those Krusteaze( I think) low carb high fiber bread mixes???
We treid the crumble cake mix and it was delicious.
I boosted protein up by adding an egg and lowering the oil. It was like apound cake with blueberry crumbles.
We are goinmg to try adding FIbersure to ourrcipes and buy highpro high fiber flours from Bobs REd Mill and try that for bisuits.. until I saw teh bread mixes.........
